Our approach includes tracking participant growth over time to measure impact, offering coaching and facilitation to deepen engagement, and connecting your team with our impactful collective of contributors—professionals from a wide range of fields who bring unique expertise and perspectives to every experience.

    • Personalized Growth Plans: Each staff member completes the Intercultural Development Inventory assessment and receives a 45-minute virtual debrief with a Qualified Administrator, resulting in a tailored Intercultural Development Plan to guide their individual journey.

    • Team Insights and Growth: Participate in a Group Report debrief to uncover your team’s collective strengths and identify opportunities for growth, empowering your leadership to advance together.

    • Self-Guided Learning Resources: Explore online modules, small group development guides, and team-building tools to cultivate inclusion and collaboration.

    • Community Learning Webinars: Engage in ongoing opportunities to connect and grow through Lunch + Learns, Communities of Practice, Book Clubs, and Film Clubs.

This plan serves as a roadmap for your growth, helping you make the most of every learning opportunity within your membership.
