Personalized Growth Plans: Each staff member completes the Intercultural Development Inventory assessment and receives a 45-minute virtual debrief with a Qualified Administrator, resulting in a tailored Intercultural Development Plan to guide their individual journey.
Team Insights and Growth: Participate in a Group Report debrief to uncover your team’s collective strengths and identify opportunities for growth, empowering your leadership to advance together.

As part of this process, an IDI Qualified Administrator will guide you through a 45-minute virtual debrief, explaining your results and your personalized Intercultural Development Plan. This plan serves as a roadmap for your growth, helping you make the most of every learning opportunity within your membership.
